1. Introduction

These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. Please review them carefully before making any reservation or purchase. Your use of our offerings constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Eligibility

By booking a stay, product, or service with Velaryntos, you affirm that you are aged 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If booking for another person, you confirm their consent and eligibility.

3. Service Offerings

Our services include senior wellness retreats, day spa packages, guided wellness workshops, and accommodation bookings. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Info Products

We offer digital wellness guides, online courses, and other informational materials designed for healthy living and senior well-being. Access is provided upon full payment.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods such as wellness equipment, branded apparel, and other tangible items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Title passes upon handover to the shipping carrier.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, info products, and goods must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. Charges will be processed through the payment method you select on our site. Velaryntos reserves the right to adjust prices and to correct errors in pricing.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Service Offerings

• Full payment return is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. • For cancellations made between 7 and 29 days in advance, 50% of the total fee will be returned. • No payment return is available for cancellations within 7 days of the service start date, as resources and staffing are committed at that time. • Services may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 14 days before the start date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

7.2 Info Products

If you find a digital guide or course unsuitable, you may request a payment return within 14 days of delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be eligible, as digital access is granted immediately and content may be downloaded.

7.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the payment return via your original method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velaryntos and its affiliates, staff, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services, info products, or goods. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific reservation or purchase giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.
